Technical service is a fundamental part for the right operation of the machining centres, so in Rierge we have a specialized deparment dedicated solely to give technical assistance both remote and face-to-face.

Teleservice remote diagnosis.

All of our machines has Internet connection, which allow us to connect directly to the system and facilitate us to perform tasks at a distance, such as:

  • Reduction of machine downtime
  • Reinstalling programs
  • Telediagnosis on-line (remote diagnosis via online connection between our SAC and the machine)
  • Reduced commissioning costs
  • Backups
  • Evaluation of incidence and diagnosis
  • Assistance in the use and help in the programming

In the 80% of cases the incidents are solved by the Hot-line Remote Service and the machine reminds in operation, avoiding the displacement of one of our technicians.

If you join the Clients Club you will have access to Teleservice Service, which will reduce visits to the technical service and the costs involved, in addition to reducing downtime.

When on-lin solution is not possible:

We have a team of technicians to carry out the interventions in situ for the repair, maintenance, installation and commissioning of the system and for the training.

All of this, made by Rierge personnel.

Spare parts.

In Rierge you work directly with the factory, which allows the availability and management of parts and accessories to be agile and shipments be made in a short time.

In our Plant II in Martorelles, we perform the repair of spindles as far as rewind and change bearings is concerned, reason why the term of execution is very reduced and at a much more attractive price than the competition’s one.

This service is also available for other manufacturer’s machines.

Our clients have the online shop, where they can buy some products with special discounts.
