ROTATING TOOL CHANGE ON THE BRIDGE

This storage has 10/12/16 positions and it is installed on the “X” axis, so it is next to the spindle, allowing to make a faster tool change.

CNC

All of our machines incorporate a SIEMENS Industrial CNC and, at this moments the installed equipment is SINUMERIK 840D SL. The axes movement control and the maneuvering of the rest of the machine is realized be a Numeric Control: Sinumerik 840D SL gathers all CNC, PLC, regulation and comunication tasks in a singular mpdule CCU (Compact Control Unit). With the CCU3, high control and characteristics are available. This means a rapid development of the machining and drivers high dynamics.

These engines are installed with the pulse generator (encoder) incorporated ensuring greater reliability of measurement, to avoid tolerance in flexible couplings.

Control Desk

The control unit is installed in a mobile desk, for the machine management, where are incorporated the USB connections and Ethernet, it has a keyboard, screen and operator panel, from where the operator realizes all the operations. It can be desplaced along the machine.

CONSOLES GIFTS

For profiles fastening we have designed a pneumatic jaws with progressive tightening that are mounted on movable consoles that are held by pneumatic brakes. These consoles can also be with automatic positioning by independent motors and are positioned simultaneously.

These clamps are tiltable to have the possibility of wornking the 4 faces of the profile, in combination with the inclination of the head (4 axis).

LUBRICATION:

Lubrication centralized and autimatic system. The Numeric Control execute an automatic order by meters traversed, which guarantees a perfect and constant lubrication.
The system consists of an electric pump with its corresponding lubrication oil tank and volumetric distributors.
The system has warning / alarm that warns us about the low level of the lubricating liquid or about a loss of pressure in the circuit. For extra lubrication, it has a specific key in the Control Panel, which can be operated manually.

SPRAYER

Sprayer – nebulizer system for the cooling of the cutting tool, pulse control system from the CNC.

This sprayer is used in case we need to cool the tool when working plates or aluminum profiles, being a nebulizer does not cause a paste with the chips and, that way it messes less the piece.

TOOL MEASURING

“Marposs” Ts 30 El TS30
Tool setter contact tool’s measuring, it’s a compact application for the tool’s preadjust on the bench of the machining centers with a integrated interface. It can be used for:

• Tool integrity comprobation
• Tool length and diameter measuring
• Tool wear compensation

REFERENCE POINT

For the machining profile’s correct placing we have a tilting stop as origin point, where we will make reference and where from we will programm the machining places.
