ROCA FITÓ propels its capacity of production with a COMBI by RIERGE

Historically, ROCA FITÓ is a carpentry that manufactures and installs all kinds of jobs; from a kitchen to a store, doors, windows, stairs, coating… and of course, assumes reforms of complete spaces.
To respond to any challenge, the prestigious firm from Vic has been concerned, in real time, to keep up to date its machinery park, « to continue being competitive in the market », explains Jaume Roca, « we have acquired a CNC machining center which incorporates two subjection systems of the pieces: nesting table and clamp-holder consoles; all of them attached to the last generation software of PROMOB« .
EASYNEST COMBI, the great success by RIERGE in 2018, has the particularity that incorporatestwo subjection systems of the pieces:
- By multifunctional table planned and grooved in square sections, operation made by the machine itself, which guarantees a perfect perpendicularity, square and alignment of three axis. The working surface is grooved in 22×22 mm. squares and 30 mm. between centres.
- By clamp-holder consoles 1850 mm. long, located in working zone 2, which is 4000mm. long, and they stay at the same height as the multifunciontal table, which means that we can mechanize a piece 7000mm. long, between the multifuncional table and the clamp-holder consoles.
This mixed subjection system makes easier the horizontal drilling of the pieces cut by Nesting.
