 Rierge was founded in 1954 and since 1990 is specialized in the design and manufacturing of CNC Machining Centers for different industrial sectors, machining different materials. In our plants in Mollet and Martorelles (Barcelona) we manufacture the CNC centers in full. At RIERGE – We develop your projects. – We design solutions. – We develop Software for user. – We program the PLC’s of the equipments – We realize the welding, folding and machining of the structures. – We design and assemble the electrical panels of the machines. – We assemble the different parts in our facilities. – We parameterize and programme the CNC. – We install and provide training about our products. The constant changes of trends, the inexorable evolution of the technology and the new materials to be machined, oblige us yo be foccused to the market and to develop the necessary tools and machines adapted to the new demands of the market. Currently other materials are being integrated into the industry, such as resins, composites, corian, honeycomb, fiberglass, carbon fiber, sandwich panel … which are combined or replace traditional materials.

In our facilities in Martorelles we have a room prepared for demonstrations of machines and software presentations, so that our client could see the the conjunction funtionality of both facets.

This service allows us to test materials and tools, another important factor for the installation’s smooth operation.

In this place we hold colloquiums and training for the sales and designers team of our clients to offer them sales pitch for the products designed and made with Rierge’s integrated solutions.

In Rierge we develop our products through our technical office, we build in our facilities all the boiler components, we develop our own software and we adapt market solutions to our products.

Our machines follow strict quality processes, where all the components that have been welded and, because of their manufacturing process, are exposed to high temperatures, are subjected to a stabilization process.

In the process of finishing the construction, all the axes are compared, adjusted, squared and compensated with high precision elements to guarantee precision and quality in the finishes of your products, as well as the durability of the mechanical components of traction and translation.
