Doors and Frames Lines

Mecacerc + Ferramak Anuba + Ferramak Lock Plate

The line is made up of the following machines:

MECACERC machining center with horizontal profile loader, tenoning group and cutters for hinges and lock plate.

All machining is carried out simultaneously.
This machine machines 2 beams and 1 crossbar.

For the different doweling, it has a vertical tool change in total 4 tool magazines of 40 units each.

To do the doweling on both sides of the crossbar and at one end of the beams, while the other end can be cut with a disc and adjusted to the desired length.

1 FERRAMAK fittings inserter for placing simple anuba and double anuba with horizontal loaders.
1 FERRAMAK lock plate inserter with vertical hardware store and horizontal band dispenser.

After manufacturing the frame by means of a moulder or with another process, we need to machine the housing of the fittings. We will do this with the MECACERC machine, which, provided with a horizontal profile loader, will feed the machine.

At the exit we will connect with a FERRAMAK, which will place the anubas.

We already have the three pieces of the frame ready to be packaged.

Mecacerc + Ferramak

This line is composed by the next machines:

Machining centre MECACERC with charger.
Ironworks inserter FERRAMAK.

In case we want to assemble frames with the door, we will do it on the assembly line to be packed later and deliver the complet Kit to our costumer.

All this process can be made by completelly automatic way or semi automatically.

Megadoor + Ferradoor

It is composed by the next machines:

Goliat manipulator for doors charge and discharge.
Machining centre MEGADOOR (According to production needs this model can vary).
Ironworks inserter FERRADOOR.

Line Functioning:

By MEGADOOR machining centre, we make all the door’s machining (squared, bolts housing, door lock housing, handle drilling, key drilling, lined and some other milling work).

At the machine’s exit we connect with the ironworks inserter, FERRADOOR, which will place the locking and the bolts without matter the quantity or the direction of door’s opening (right/left).

Once we’ve finished this process we can start to pack the door and, by the manipulator GOLIAT, we will stack them at the place choosed by the costumer.

Is case we want to assemble the door with frames, we can do it on the assembly line to be packed later and deliver the complet Kit to our costumer.
