Easynest Evolution

Easynest Evolution is already here, it is a model that has two integrated campling systems.

We can be working with the multifunctional table and a martyr and, once we obtain the cut pieces, we canplace them on suction cups arranged on consoles wich move along the table.

It is not necessary to disassemble anything, simply place the consoles on the desired distance and pulse the Gear button. The machine will recognize the difference between table and suction cups height.

Comfort, flexibility, time reduction, those are our goals. With RIERGE you will always obtain a little more.

Easynest Evolution

Within the Easynest series, we are finalizing a new model that will be called Evolution, which will bring a greater flexibility to this range and to the Nesting concept.

The portuguese company, MNL, LDA was founded in 1979, and produces metal solutions for quality finishes in civil construction.

For composite panel sheets machining they have acquired a Rierge machine centre, Mod. Easynest 6021/B, with a 6000×2000 mm. working table, a milling vertical spincle and horitzontal spindle for saw cutting.

The company has incorporated, for its productive process, a Mod. Alufast-35 CNC machining center for the aluminum profiles mechanized. With this machine the maLa empresa ha incorporado, para su proceso productivo, un centro de mecanizado cnc Mod. Alufast-35 para el mecanizado de perfiles de aluminio. With this machien they perform all the milling, drilling, boxing and threaded works.
