FIMMA-Maderalia will celebrate a new edition in Feria Valencia, from 6 to 9 february. In case of FIMMA, the technology and machinery for wood fair,the presence of practically all of the main players in the sector has already been confirmed, in the more than 25.000 meters planned in pavilions 8 and N2P7 (pavilion 7 Bajo). With the objective of knowing more details about this next edition, we spoke with Santiago Riera, president of FIMMA.

CLOSING YEAR 2017

2017 is over, during this year we have consolidated as the main supplier of CNC machining centers in Catalonia, thanks to the commercial presence of our agents and the complicity of our customers.

Since November, we have a commercial office in Guadalajara, to cover the entire central area of the country, and despite the little time that has elapsed, it is proving to be a success.

In the international field, we have closed distribution agreements with the company PROJECTA in Portugal, with the company RAUDIN In France and we are negociating for the distribution of our CNC machining centers in Italy.

Our delegation in Brazil confirms that the market in that country is being reactivated and a significant growth is expected for 2018.

In the section of new developments, we have completed the range of Alufast line with the Alufast/S model and we have made improvements in the existing ones, especially on the clamping systems.

In the Easynest range, all the models of the series have been improved, with improvements in design and ergonomics, such as the changing of location of the automatic change tool store, which has been located in the front part of the machine, in order to make its operation more accessible.

Besides, the great novelty of the Easynest series has been the development of the Evolution model, of which a unit has already been installed and it will be from the Valencia fair, FIMMA18, where this new model will be officially launched, which augurs very good acceptance in the sector and that will offer our customers greater flexibility and comfort in the adaptation of the Nesting system in their production process.

Finally, the NT-DOOR model has also undergone changes in its design, especially improving the system of “X” axis traction and also with changes in the machining frames mechanism. This new model will be presented at the next Fair FIMMA18 that will be celebrated at Valencia, from 6 to 9 February.

More offer, biger and better service to the costumers.



GABARRÓ HERMANOS complements its expansion along all spanish market with its machinery park modernization. Recently the have acquired a machining center with tow motors (five axis + three axis for nesting) and a divider plat (for solid wood working), with which they propose to offer a fast and effective added service to the clients who need elaborated pieces or ended and ready for assembly on site.

NESTING SYSTEM

Contrary to what our competition wields, the Nesting system does work and it works perfectly. Of course, you’ve got to know how to build the machines for it and Rierge has been working with a multifunctional table for 25 years. In this period of time we have investigated and we found the solution, which is the sum of several details that, as is obvious, we will not reveal.

When everyone built the machines with a single support point of axis “Y” (Gooseneck) in Rierge we already used the Gantry system, and when everyone used consoles and suction cups, Rierge already used the multifunctional table. Rierge we went against the current and now the competition comes to our position. Who was wrong?

Anniversary

Today we celebrate our 63rd anniversary.

Since 1954 we have worked and we have strived to be leaders on all different projects we have proposed and now, looking back, we can be proud of all we have achieved. No doubt this could not have been possible without the help of all people working in the company, either the confidence diposited in us by customers and sellers and, of course, the suppliers collaboration.

To all of them, thank you to help us to achieve all aour goals.

AEROSPATIAL MM

The MM Series adapts to the aerospatial sector requirements,  as to precition,  trustworthy and quality of the finishing of mechanized products.

Here we have the example of Carbon Fiber working, which has specially difficulties to not splinter when machining, taking into account they are multi-processed pieces and they already have a high economic value.
