To do this, we have designed a numerical control machining center Mod. JST with a 5-axis head with various formats and aggregates to carry out the necessary machining.

MOD JST CNC MACHINING CENTER

Mod. JST-6020G cnc machining center with a work surface of 6000 x 2100 x 500 mm Z, incorporates two milling motors, one with a 2-axis interpolation head and the other with 15 Kw. With 3 axes each installed on a board with independent “Y” and “Z” axes.

This machine has been acquired by our client Construcciones Badia, S.L., a company dedicated to machining parts for third parties.

These days I have received an order to carry out machining on an aluminum plate of 6000 x 1500 x 20 mm. Making multiple pockets, this prototype is for the Aerospace industry.

The quality and precision of Rierge’s cnc machining centers offer our clients the possibility of working for sectors that are highly demanding in terms of precision and finishes.

SPECIAL CNC MACHINING CENTER

Our specialty is the construction of numerical control machining centers. We have a design department dedicated to the development of machines for special purposes, which, working together with the client, develops customized machines for the manufacture of special parts. or that, with a standard machining center, the desired objectives are not achieved.
In this case, it is a numerical control machining center for machining wooden parts for the cosmetics sector.
It has 6 + 6 motors that work simultaneously on 6 pieces that are attached to a three-sided rotary table, so that while they are machining some pieces, the already machined ones are unloaded and the new ones are loaded by means of a robot. .
The mechanical development of the project and its electronic configuration and programming of the cycles are carried out by Rierge personnel.

CNC MACHINING LINE FOR FRAMES MECACERC

The cnc machining line for frames is being installed, it has automatic loading and tenoning the ends of the beams and the crossbar, with different profiles, for which we have 4 tool magazines with 40 units each.

The line performs all the millings for the fittings at the same time that it places the anuba bolt and the lock plate with its screwing.

This line has a production capacity of 1 set in less than a minute.

It’s being installed at Lagrange company, in France, belonging to the Lapeire group. Rierge has already installed another door machining line in another of the factories of the same group.

CNC WORKING CENTRE FOR ALUMINIUM ALUFAST

The family of Alufast cnc machining centers continues growing. Every day we have more models and different configurations to reach each type and needs of our customers.

In this case, it is the Alufast 60/S model, 6.000 mm. long and 350 mm. wide, with a head equipped with a 4^th axis, to be able to machine on an inclined plane.

This machine has been delivered to our customer, VIP ALDIME, that is placed in the town of Sta. Mª de Palautordera (Barcelona), and who already has another machining center with 14.000 mm. and 350 mm. length, and a 5-axis head, delivered in 2017.

Sustainability

Aware of the need to act against climate change, Rierge have worked for years to make our machines being energy efficient, which is why they incorporate an electronic head braking system with energy return to the grid, instead of using resistors to dissipate heat.

Now, we have gone one step further so that the construction of the machines has a minimum impact on pollution and the consumption of fossil fuels, installing a set of photovoltaic solar panels in our Martorelles plant, while we have been replacing the lighting fixtures with LEDs.
