CNC MACHINING LINE FOR FRAMES MECACERC

The cnc machining line for frames is being installed, it has automatic loading and tenoning the ends of the beams and the crossbar, with different profiles, for which we have 4 tool magazines with 40 units each.

The line performs all the millings for the fittings at the same time that it places the anuba bolt and the lock plate with its screwing.

This line has a production capacity of 1 set in less than a minute.

It’s being installed at Lagrange company, in France, belonging to the Lapeire group. Rierge has already installed another door machining line in another of the factories of the same group.

Frames line

Rierge’s philosophy has always been innovation, result of which has been the development of multiple machines to carry out machining jobs faster and with high-quality finishes.

Once again we have succeeded, and we are currently in the testing phase of a line for machining and inserting fittings for door frames.

The production is around 45″ every complete set (two stringers and one crossbar).

It does the doweling at the ends, machining of hinges and lock, insertion of anuba bolt, and placement and screwing of the lock plate.

 

CNC WORKING CENTRE FOR ALUMINIUM ALUFAST

The family of Alufast cnc machining centers continues growing. Every day we have more models and different configurations to reach each type and needs of our customers.

In this case, it is the Alufast 60/S model, 6.000 mm. long and 350 mm. wide, with a head equipped with a 4th axis, to be able to machine on an inclined plane.

This machine has been delivered to our customer, VIP ALDIME, that is placed in the town of Sta. Mª de Palautordera (Barcelona), and who already has another machining center with 14.000 mm. and 350 mm. length, and a 5-axis head, delivered in 2017.

Sustainability

Aware of the need to act against climate change, Rierge have worked for years to make our machines being energy efficient, which is why they incorporate an electronic head braking system with energy return to the grid, instead of using resistors to dissipate heat.

Now, we have gone one step further so that the construction of the machines has a minimum impact on pollution and the consumption of fossil fuels, installing a set of photovoltaic solar panels in our Martorelles plant, while we have been replacing the lighting fixtures with LEDs.

CNC MACHINING CENTER FOR DOORS MECADOOR

Since our beginnings in the construction of cnc machining centers, one of our specializations has been machines for machining wooden doors and frames. We have a wide variety of machines that provide solutions to different production needs.
This year, 2022, we have gone one step further and have completed a project that we have been developing since 2020. This new cnc machining center for high production is intended for large door manufacturers, this is the case of the Mecadoor Model, capable of machining a 30” door.
The most important thing is its production flexibility and the simultaneity of machining.

In Portugal Alves & Silva are a company with great experience in technical service and, at same time, thanks to their technical knowledgement, a very valuable dealer for our type of products, due to their thecnical characteristics when they are designed.
According to our custumers’ technical and productive needs, the company will give technical service, not only for the machines they’s sold, but also to all the machines we already sold in Portugal for years.

Our goal is to be nearer to the client, and give a more effective answer to them.

Our collaboration agreement was performed in FIMMA Valencia and now, in support of its commercial and technical department, we have taken part in the FIMAP fair, exhibiting a cnc machining center from the Easynest series, model Evolution.

VIVA MACHINES

At the beginning of the year, we closed a collaboration agreement with the company VIVA MACHINES with headquarters in Belgium.

VIVA MACHINES, sales manager for Benelux, this company offers a showroom for product demonstrations. It will soon have a Mod. Easynest Evolution machining center, equipped with all possible features, to be able to show its customers the capabilities of our cnc machining centers and the differences in quality and performance compared to our competitors, in addition to the commercial team and its facilities, VIVA MACHINES, has a highly qualified technical service, to carry out post-sale service and maintenance of the cnc centers of our manufacturing.

The company managers Mr. Josh with extensive experience in the machinery sales sector and Mr. Kevin, a great expert in offering solutions to customers.

To support them in promoting the brand, we have been present at their stand with a cnc machining center from the Easynest Evolution series.

FIMMA 2022

More than 30 years working in the construction of cnc machining centers, when we already thought that the range we had covered the needs of the sectors in which we are present, our R+D+I department began to develop a new concept designing independent groups equipped with three axes in each group, where to locate the milling motors, this applied to the Cercomak and Megadoor Models makes these models evolve and give way to the Mecacerc and Mecadoor models that offer us greater production and flexibility due to the fact that We can carry out different simultaneous and independent machining on all the sides of the profiles or boards. These machines, placed in line with the Ferramak and Ferrador models for the placement of locks, hinges and anubas, give us the possibility of being able to offer our clients a solution turnkey machining and fittings.
