PIMALL regains activity and competitiveness with RIERGE

The PROMOB and MASTERCAM programs the projects approved by the customer directly to the machining center.

PIMALL is a carpentry with 35 years of activity. Since ever, has done works of cabinetmaking, windows, doors… All custom made.

The crisis stopped the advance of this veteran company from Vic, that now resumes the pulse thanks to the machinery that has bought to RIERGE. A solution that returns them the workflow, helps them to be competitive and opens the door to jobs that until now was unthinkable to perform.

The machine is linked to PROMOB and MASTERCAM programs, which allow to PIMALL to carry directly to the machining centre the designs made and approved at customers house. “We gain time, and the client values very positively the presentation of the projects”.

The technological leap made PIMALL a little fear, but today they are delighted to have given it. “We had scheduled work on a computer. Today we present beautiful, bold, daring projects, and we complete them with quality and precision in our new machine”.

Once again, PIMALL has established itself as a benchmark in its area for the custom-made furniture manufacture, on benhalf of decorators and individuals. It works even for other carpenters in the area, who buy the pieces prepared to assemble furniture and other decorative elements.
The RIERGE’s “Easynest 3021” machining centre allows a 2,08 x 2,07 meter plate size. And with a 200 millimeters useful Z, it admits an important height in the pieces to be machined. Approved the design, there is nothing more than to place the board on the table for the machine to execute the whole cut, all machined in flat, slots, etc. Then you just need to make the corners of the pieces. The barcelona cabinetmaking also manufactures and mechanizes all types of doors in its new machine.

It excels in this RIERGE’s model that does not work by consoles, but mechanizes the panels in plane. In addition, it supports numerous materials besides wood and DM, such as plastic, master plates, polycarbonates, nylon, etc. “PIMALL has opted for this working form, and it has been a success”.
