Several years ago at Rierge we have been working on the development of the Nesting system for board cutting and machining, considering it the most efficient way to work in non-serial jobs.

We have an extended range of machines suitable to the type and needs of the customer, from the manual loading to the automatic loading, unloading and labeling machining centers. The diversity of head’s compositions opens us great creative possibilities, being able to install robotic heads (5 axes) and to have a “Z” axe up to 400 mm. long.

Every system has advantages and inconveniences. In case of Nesting system the pieces can be vertically cut and drilled, but to perform horizontal mechanizes it’s necessary to raise the workpiece to avoid collisions between the aggregates and the multifunctional table.

Our last development, which we will present at next FIMMA 2018, is Evolution Model, from Easynest Series, that ends with this little inconvenient that prevents us to perform horizontal jobs.

The particularity of this model is that it incorporates two subjection systems:

  • Multifunctional grooved table with vacuum shots spread across the table.
  • Suction cups holder consoles with two suction cups on each console, which move along and above the multifunctional table, incorporating reference points.

The process for working with this mixed system is easy. First, we place the whole board for vertical cutting and drilling and then, without remove or attach anything on the table, we place the cut pieces on the consoles for horizontal drilling or chiseling.
