RIERGE has rated the edition of FIMMA 2018 as a success. The great number of visits received at the stand gave us the opportunity to share opinions and ideas, and demonstrate the operation of the numerically controlled machining centres exhibited at the stand.<\/p>\n

Between the four exposed machines, there was our Easynest Evolution<\/strong>, a nwe model of Easynest series, that includes two subjection systems in the space that occupies a single machine: a multifunctional table, known as Nesting, with a working surface of 4000\u00d72100 mm., planned and grooved in squared sections, and four clamp-holder consoles with 1100 mm. length with two clamps on each one. The measures and quantities can vary depending on the customer needs.<\/p>\n

This mixed subjection system facilitates the horitzontal drilling of the pieces cut by Nesting, increasing the efficiency of machining centres, this is because these clamp-holder consoles move along and over the multifunctional table with no need to remove the martyr panel, or add suction cups on the table to lift the pieces.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

In this line of multiple subjection systems machining centres, during this edition of FIMMA 2018 we also presented our Easynest Combi<\/strong>. A machining centre that, as the one we described before, it combines multifunctional table and clamp-holder consoles, but in this case with a much more extensive working surface, because the two different subjection systems are found on two different areas: in one area we have a 3000\u00d72100 mm. multifunctional table, planned and grooved in squared sections, and in other area, there are 8 consoles 2100 mm. long that can harbor as many clamps as the costumer requires.<\/p>\n

In addition, this machine is eqquiped with a divider plate to work solid wood pieces on all its sides without the need to repisition them; and a 5-axis spindle for machining pieces in three dimensions.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

We also presented a new version of our machining centre for doors NT-Door 2.0<\/strong>, with the same functionality as the model we have been manufacturing for more than 20 years but with new additions such as the new traction system with double motor on the “X” axis (Gantry), improvement in speed and weight capacity of the automatic feeding system and greater comfort for the operator in the frame system.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we presented our Nesting Line<\/strong>, composed by a machine model Easynest 3021 with an automatic loader with automatic labeler at the entrance, and automatic unloader for the pieces already cut and mechanized. A perfect solution for a flexible manufacturing. In FIMMA 2018 we had the opportunity to performance some demonstrations of the operation of this machine and the resulting pieces, demonstrations in which we could note the interets that Nesting system generate between this sector professionals that valorate positively the advantatges that it brings.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

An essential complement for the CNC machining centres to achieve 100%, is to have a range of design, management and control programs, which make us the design of the furniture for our customers with rendered views, execute the machining of the furniture with only the acceptance of the created project, making maximum use of the board and generating complementary information about the eqquipment performance and about the status of the different elements, in order to be more efficient in the use of the resources and to have more control of our productive capacity. In addition to being able to schedule maintenance interventions.<\/p>\n

Nowadays the software is one more element of the machine, which is an essential part.<\/p>\n

For this, we have the collaboration of Siscom with the Promob program and Tecnocim with the TopSolid and MasterCam programs, apart from the programs developed by our Software department such as PortaCam<\/strong> and Guaita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This edition of FIMMA-Maderalia fair has also helped us to continue with our expansion and growth plan. So with the feeling of satisfaction after the edition of FIMMA 2018, we continue working to devise new solutions and innovate in existing machining centres.<\/p>\n
