Es composen de dues l\u00e0mines d&#8217;alumini i un nucli termopl\u00e0stic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per les seves propietats pot ser instal\u00b7lat en l&#8217;exterior, ja que evita la corrossi\u00f3, \u00e9s resistent al foc i t\u00e9 propietats a\u00efllats del soroll, de les vibracions i absorveix les deformacions que puguin provocar els moviments s\u00edsmics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existeix tota una gamma de colors i acabats que, amb la seva maleabilitat, ens ofereixen la possibilitat de l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 d&#8217;obres de disseny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normalment, per a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 que es realitza sobre estructures met\u00e0liques, es conforma una safata amb mecanitzats per penjar sobre els llistons col\u00b7locats sobre la fa\u00e7ana.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center; vertical-align: top;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1693 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/rierge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/honeycomb-280x205.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"205\" data-id=\"1693\" \/><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><strong>Honeycomb<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Panells estructurals de &#8220;niu d&#8217;abella&#8221; d&#8217;alumini amb tractament anticorrossiu, xapa d&#8217;alumini per ambdues cares i recobert amb un pl\u00e0stic de protecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les caracter\u00edstiques principals d&#8217;aquests panells s\u00e0ndvitx s\u00f3n la rigidesa, i alhora lleugers, aix\u00ed com un a\u00efllant ac\u00fastic i t\u00e8rmic perfecte amb una \u00e0mplia gamma d&#8217;opcions que permeten la manipulaci\u00f3, mecanitzat, curvat i plegat, que fa que sigui un producte ideal per les aplicacions arquitect\u00f2niques i ferrovi\u00e0ries en els sectors naval i industrial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Mamp\u00e0res de divisi\u00f3, terres, portes, plataformes i tot tipus de mobiliari. En l&#8217;habitatge, per a cuines i banys, elements de mobiliari i il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3. Entre els usos m\u00e9s destacats hi trobem: manualitats o bricolatge, peces n\u00e0utiques que inclouen taules de surf, wind-surf, velers, llanxes, etc. Tamb\u00e9 usat en art\u00edstica per a escultures i peces complexes. Les seves propietats (\u00e9s moldejable amb escassos recursos) el fan un material per a aquells que desitgen treballar la fibra de vidre.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center; vertical-align: top;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/rierge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/fibra-de-carbono-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"205\" data-id=\"1691\" \/><\/td>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fibra de carboni<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fibra de carbono (FC) es va desenvolupar inicialment per a la ind\u00fastria espacial, per\u00f2 ara, amb la baixada de preus, s&#8217;ha ext\u00e8s a altres camps: ind\u00fastria del transport, aeron\u00e0utica, esport d&#8217;alta competici\u00f3 i, \u00faltimament, tamb\u00e9 trobem la FC a les carteres de butxaca i rellotges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La FC est\u00e0 composta per molts fils de carboni en forma d&#8217;herba. Existeixen moltes classes de FC amb propietats diverses, adaptades a moltes aplicacions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La seva resist\u00e8ncia \u00e9s gaireb\u00e9 3 vegades superior a la de l&#8217;acer i la seva densitat \u00e9s 4,5 vegades menor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Altres propietats molt apreciables en la FC s\u00f3n la seva resist\u00e8ncia a la corrossi\u00f3, al foc i a la in\u00e8rcia qu\u00edmica i la seva conductivitat el\u00e8ctrica. Davant les variacions de temperatura conserva la seva forma. La fibra de carboni \u00e9s un pol\u00edmer convertit en fibra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&#8217;usa en la ind\u00fastria del transport, especialment l&#8217;aeroespacial i aeron\u00e0utica, per\u00f2 cada dia est\u00e0 prenent m\u00e9s protagonisme en l&#8217;automoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center; vertical-align: top;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/rierge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/PANEL-SANDWICH.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"205\" data-id=\"1698\" \/><\/td>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Panell S\u00e0ndvitx<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un panell s\u00e0ndvitx t\u00edpic t\u00e9 una estructura de tres capes. Les superf\u00edcies r\u00edgides, amb un m\u00f2dul relativament alt d&#8217;elasticitat, es mantenen a dist\u00e0ncia per un nucli lleuger, el qual t\u00e9 una rigidesa a la flexi\u00f3 suficient per suportar la major part dels esfor\u00e7os de tall.
