Constructive system:

This serie incorporates the closed ring system, with a floating spindle.

The subjection is made by movable profiles with vacuum clamps.

This model makes the simultanously machining of bolts and lock, due to it has “Z2”, “X2” and “Y2” axis, what allow us to realize two different but simultanous functions. It offers a mayor production of machining.

It incorporates multiple horitzonal engines.

A new version of this range incorporates the possibility of drilling and insertion of cap screws, we call “anubas”.

The system is composed by the following elements:

  • Supply store of “anubas” which can be adapted to many differents diameters and models.
  • “Anubas” charging grippers.
  • Drilling spindle.
  • Threading head controlled.
